Yes! My programs are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to working out I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
This is dependent on whether you had a normal delivery or Caesarean Section. You would need to be at least 6-12 weeks postpartum and have all clear from your doctor or midwife that it is safe to resume physical activities. Our exercise is safe to do during pregnancy.
Your program is available through your encrypted online platform after you have purchased. You will be provided with your login details. Commit, make payment, and enter all your personal details, and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress, as maintenance is so important. You have the option of paying the first 12 weeks in full, in 2 payments, or in 3 payments. After your 12-week coaching, you can join the monthly community membership for £15 per month. This ensures you continue to get access to workouts and meals tailored to you, plus continuous support from myself and my team. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Just send an email to info@thefitforpurposewoman.com.

To cancel your subscription, you must email me with at least 7 days' notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel, all of your workouts, plans, support, and guides will be removed from your account.
